Behind The Vision
FeedUp™ was born out of compassion, driven by innovation, and inspired by real people. After three years of hands-on research and development, physical therapist Dr. Heather Domingues, PT, DPT, set out to solve a complex but overlooked problem: the lack of mobility-friendly options for feeding tube users.
Witnessing first-hand how traditional feeding setups limited independence and quality of life, Dr. Domingues envisioned something better. The result is the FeedUp™ Feeding Solution—an FDA-registered, Class I medical device with a patented design that keeps the feeding tube upright, reducing bubbles, kinks, and feeding disruptions. It fits seamlessly into a custom lightweight backpack, eliminating the need for IV poles and bulky setups.
Co-founded with her brother, Anthony Pezzello, FeedUp™ empowers users to move freely, live actively, and regain control of their daily lives.
At FeedUp™, we believe everyone deserves the chance to live fully—without limits. Through compassion and innovation, we're helping people with feeding tubes live their best lives.
